Terraform or Pulumi?
Terraform for most teams, Pulumi when the team is heavily TypeScript and wants real code in their IaC. Both are fine.
Can you help with FinOps?
Yes, cost reviews are usually part of every engagement. Right-sizing, RIs, and Savings Plans alone often pay for the work.
